Huoltotyö 17.10 keskiviikon ja torstain välisenä yönä

SuomiCom suorittaa torstaina 17.10.2024 laajan huolto- ja päivitystyön runkoverkon laitteisiin. Työ suoritetaan kello 00:00 ja 04:00 välillä.

Huoltotyö aiheuttaa katkoksia osaan liittymistä sekä palveluista, mutta pyrimme pitämään katkokset mahdollimman lyhyinä.
Pyydämme kuitenkin varautumaan pidempiinkin katkoksiin ilmoitetun huoltoikkunan sisällä.

Pahoittelemme työstä aiheutuvaa vaivaa.

SuomiCom will perform extensive maintenance and updates on our network devices on Thursday, 17 October 2024. The work will take place between 00:00 and 04:00 (EEST).

The maintenance will cause interruptions to some connections and services, but we aim to keep the disruptions as short as possible.
However, we ask you to prepare for longer interruptions while the work is in progress.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.

Experiencing an Outage?

Please check the following before contacting us:

Reboot your devices. Many network issues can be resolved by restarting your equipment. Modems, routers, and switches may sometimes need to be restarted. This can be done by pressing the power button or unplugging the device for a short period.

Check for power outages. Network outages are often caused by power interruptions. Ensure that the network equipment is powered on and that there is electricity in your property. A power outage in a neighboring property can also affect your network connection, so it’s a good idea to check local power outages on your area's electricity provider’s website.

Check cable connections. Ensure that your equipment is correctly connected. Ethernet cables should be connected to internal network devices, the power cable should be plugged in, and the main connection, whether fiber optic or telephone cable, should be connected to the designated port, socket, or junction.
