Experiencing an Outage?

Please check the following before contacting us:

Reboot your devices. Many network issues can be resolved by restarting your equipment. Modems, routers, and switches may sometimes need to be restarted. This can be done by pressing the power button or unplugging the device for a short period.

Check for power outages. Internet connection interruptions are very often caused by power outages. Make sure that your network device is turned on and that the building has electricity. A power outage in a neighboring building can also affect your internet connection, so it’s a good idea to check for outages in your area on the local electricity network operator’s website.

Check cable connections. Make sure the device is connected properly. Ethernet cables should be connected to your internal network devices. The power cable must be plugged in, and the main connection—whether fiber optic or telephone cable—should be connected to the designated port, outlet, or riser.
