Suoritamme tiistaina 25.3.2025 sähköpostijärjestelmän päivitystyön, joka aiheuttaa käyttökatkon klo 21:00-23:00. Lähtevät ja saapuvat sähköpostit jäävät jonoon huoltoikkunan ajaksi. Huolto koskee suomiforum.com, taloverkot.fi, mailsuomi.com ja maxinetti.fi osoitteita, sekä liittymiä joissa käytetään SuomiComin lähtevän postin palvelinta.

We will be performing an email system update on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, which will cause a service outage from 21:00 to 23:00. Incoming and outgoing emails will be queued during the maintenance window. The maintenance affects suomiforum.com, taloverkot.fi, mailsuomi.com, and maxinetti.fi addresses, as well as connections that use SuomiCom’s outgoing mail server.

Please check the following before contacting us:

Reboot your devices. Many network issues can be resolved by restarting your equipment. Modems, routers, and switches may sometimes need to be restarted. This can be done by pressing the power button or unplugging the device for a short period.

Check for power outages. Network outages are often caused by power interruptions. Ensure that the network equipment is powered on and that there is electricity in your property. A power outage in a neighboring property can also affect your network connection, so it’s a good idea to check local power outages on your area's electricity provider’s website.

Check cable connections. Ensure that your equipment is correctly connected. Ethernet cables should be connected to internal network devices, the power cable should be plugged in, and the main connection, whether fiber optic or telephone cable, should be connected to the designated port, socket, or junction.
