Huoltotyö 11.12 tiistain ja keskiviikon välisenä yönä

SuomiCom suorittaa keskiviikkona 11.12.2024 huolto- ja päivitystyön xDSL-liittymiin. Työ suoritetaan kello 00:30 ja 05:30 välillä.

Huoltotyö aiheuttaa noin 30 minuutin katkoksen kuparipohjaisiin xDSL-liittymiin. Pyrimme pitämään katkoksen mahdollisimman lyhyenä.

Mikäli yhteys ei toimi huoltotyön jälkeen, pyydämme teitä käynnistämään modeemin uudelleen.

Pahoittelemme työstä aiheutuvaa vaivaa.

SuomiCom will carry out maintenance and updates on xDSL connections on Wednesday, December 11, 2024. The work will take place between 00:30 and 5:30.

The maintenance work will cause an approximately 30-minute disruption to copper-based xDSL connections. We aim to keep the disruption as short as possible.

If the connection does not work after the maintenance, we kindly ask you to restart your modem.

Experiencing an Outage?

Please check the following before contacting us:

Reboot your devices. Many network issues can be resolved by restarting your equipment. Modems, routers, and switches may sometimes need to be restarted. This can be done by pressing the power button or unplugging the device for a short period.

Check for power outages. Network outages are often caused by power interruptions. Ensure that the network equipment is powered on and that there is electricity in your property. A power outage in a neighboring property can also affect your network connection, so it’s a good idea to check local power outages on your area's electricity provider’s website.

Check cable connections. Ensure that your equipment is correctly connected. Ethernet cables should be connected to internal network devices, the power cable should be plugged in, and the main connection, whether fiber optic or telephone cable, should be connected to the designated port, socket, or junction.
